"I have been having issues with my current insurance provider because they refuse to lower my rates. I have been having insurance for many weeks and thought that my rates should be lowered by now. I called and spoke with a nice young woman named Leslie who let me know that the rates that I was receiving were pretty on par for the industry standard. She was so nice and helpful that I wanted to call and cancel my current insurance provider! Well I tried that and they wanted a fee to cancel and I did not want to pay that.
